After our facilitation activity at somewhere in Quezon City this morning, my two friends and I suddenly decided to go to Cubao Expo to just hangout and have some fun. Indeed, this is what we did for the rest of the afternoon.
We started off with having lunch in Farmer's Plaza, and talking about random stuff. Later, we made our way to Cubao Expo. When we got there, which was about around 1:30 in the afternoon, many stores were still closed. So, we settled for a lot of window shopping. I am so lucky to have been there with friends who share the same interest in antique and vintage stuff.
Soon enough, it struck three and we made our way to The Appraisery, one of my favorite places in Cubao Ex. Indeed, we all enjoyed our stay there, which was practically two and a half hours. True, not enough time, but being three girls who are only going to commute home, it was enough.
Well, back to The Ap. Anyway, we were planning to play many games there, but since we enjoyed Cards Against Humanity too much, that ended up being the only game we played. We're planning a take two there, which I would hopefully bring my camera next time. Also, we'll be bringing more of our friends there to have some much needed detox from acads, and some quality time together.
Some other games that caught our attention but weren't able to try were Dixit, Something Different, Wasabi, Game of Thrones, and Net Runner. I once heard of a game called Pandemic, and I was hoping to see it there. Sadly, I didn't. Maybe they shifted it out for the week for some different games, like the person that handled the store said.
Still, sure enough, we will return, and hopefully, we could play more games. The Appraisery, we shall return.
